Project is for selective improvements at Groppi High School within Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) as part of the Esser III Relief Funds program.
1. interior upgrades to (3) interior classroom spaces
2. install exercise station to playground
3. install pavement markings “traffic garden” to playground
4. provide electrical and data to new digital monument sign

Work is expected to occur summer 2023

Carpentry and Exercise Station bid packages are to be submitted direct to MPS and Concord Group. Please follow instructions on Bid Scope Documents attached.

Files are available for download. There is no cost involved in downloading files, but you must be a registered user and logged in to do so. This allows us to recognize you as a plan holder and issue addendums and notices if necessary. If you are not a registered user, you may register for an account under the Login section on the left-hand margin of the plan room.

Documents may also be shipped to you via UPS Ground if you provide a $25 refundable deposit charge for each set of plans and specs and a $35.00 total delivery fee for all sets; check made out A/E Graphics. Documents will be shipped when check has been received. Maximum Number of Sets Bidders may receive: Two (2) sets.
